Dated seller observations, not live quotes. Prices can change; tax and delivery are extra. Match the exact package shown below.

Check the app before buying

All five depend on an app and account. Check current phone compatibility, data permissions, export/deletion controls and renewal terms before ordering. Optical measurements and sleep stages are estimates, not diagnoses. Keep the band clean and dry and follow its wear instructions. A phone or tracker you already own may be enough.

The AMOLED screen keeps daily metrics and workout information on your wrist. This is the display-equipped starting point here for readers who want a compact band rather than a full smartwatch.

  • 1.3-inch AMOLED display
  • Small and large Active Bands included
  • Google account and Google Health app required
The tradeoff

Android Authority’s tester reported disappointing GPS and no NFC payments. Coaching features can require Premium. Google’s setup page lists stricter phone requirements than the product page; check that your phone can install the current app first.

A screenless option for readers who want activity and sleep trends in the Zepp app without committing to a recurring hardware membership. The straightforward wristband format also works alongside a conventional watch.

  • Screen-free; Zepp app required
  • Maker lists Android 7+ and iOS 15+
  • Charging head included; cable excluded
The tradeoff

There is no display for checking a workout on your wrist. Wareable’s tester noted overly eager automatic exercise recognition and app rough edges. Do not treat its recovery or calorie estimates as medical measurements.

Choose Air when you prefer checking activity and sleep information on your phone instead of a wrist display. The inspected Obsidian package includes the textile wristband and USB-C charging cable.

  • Screen-free Google Health tracker
  • Obsidian textile band fits 130–210 mm wrists
  • Basic tracking and optional paid Premium features
The tradeoff

No onboard GPS or wrist display. A firsthand Android Authority review found limits in heart-rate and automatic workout tracking. Google’s setup page requires Android 14+ or iOS 26+, stricter than its product specifications; verify current app compatibility before ordering.

Loop brings activity, sleep and training records into Polar Flow without a mandatory subscription. It is most appealing if you already understand that app and want a less conspicuous alternative to wearing a Polar watch all day.

  • Screen-free; no required membership
  • Night Black SoftWeave S–L package
  • Band, buckle and charging cable included
The tradeoff

Wareable’s tester criticized the app experience and exercise detection. Familiarity with Polar Flow matters more here than a long list of metrics. Current Flow support lists iOS 17+ or Android 8+ with compatible Bluetooth; some phones still have compatibility limits.

The One package combines a WHOOP 5.0 sensor, CoreKnit band, basic corded charger and twelve months of membership. Consider it if you will regularly use the app’s training, sleep and habit information and accept the continuing cost.

  • Screen-free WHOOP 5.0 hardware
  • One tier; 12-month membership included
  • CoreKnit band and basic corded charger
The tradeoff

An ongoing membership is needed after the included term, with automatic renewal under the applicable terms unless canceled. One is not the MG/Life medical-feature package or Peak’s wireless charging bundle. Expert Reviews found exercise heart-rate inconsistencies; this is not a replacement for a sports-specific monitor.
